Return Window & Eligibility
- Most items are returnable within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened items receive a full refund (minus shipping); opened/installed items may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
- Keep the original packaging; include your RMA number on the label.

- We’ll email the return address and packing instructions.
- Ship the item; refunds are processed after inspection.
